We draw inspirations from cafes, classic-vibe bakeries as well as hotel & guesthouse breakfasts from overseas. We like how they serve each item with individual attention and delicate presentation, and we strive to bring that same touch through our styling.

We'll plan with you & set up a warm, inviting table with food range of your choice.

Perfect for small gatherings or special occasions, this experience adds a touch of nature's simplicity & humble elegance.

The price is for

- Styling & Setting up service

- Rental of 1 x 1.8m table

- Rental 1 small side table

- Table wares, decor & linens as required

- 2-way delivery (as per our timings/surcharge applies for unavailable timings)

- Cleaning Fee

 

Utensils and a temporary bin for waste will also be provided. We hope this will help to make your event more seamless & convenient.

 

Kindly note:

- For fresh plant/flowers decor, surcharge may be applicable on special requests if allocated budget on ad-hoc decor has exceeded

- Food is not included. Please let us know what you will be serving. Our services includes helping to plate the food on to the table (only for first round). There may be limitations & more discussion will be required. 

- We can help to source, then assemble it on our tablewares with coordination fee from $50 onwards, or 15% extra charges on food ordered from each vendor, depending on requirements. Food & food delivery cost (if any) will be at your expense.

 

🌸 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. At the same time, preparing for your event requires time, effort, and resources. To keep things fair and clear, we kindly ask you to take note of our cancellation policy:

  • Deposit & Payment

    • A 50% deposit (or full prepayment) is required to confirm your booking.

    • Deposits are non‑refundable, as they cover planning and reserved slots.

  • Cancellation Timeline

    • More than 14 days before event: Cancellation allowed. Deposit retained, balance refunded.

    • 7–13 days before event: Cancellation allowed. Deposit retained. Balance refunded only if no items have been purchased. If items (e.g., décor, materials) have already been bought, their cost will be deducted from your deposit. Planning hours and coordination are covered by the deposit and will not be refunded.

    • Within 3 days of event: Strictly no cancellation or refund.

      • Example: If your event is on Saturday, cancellation after Wednesday is not eligible for any refunds.

  • Weather & Customer Circumstances

    • Customer‑initiated changes (date, time, venue) are treated as cancellation + new booking.

    • For outdoor venues, Plan B venue is highly recommended as cancellation due to weather will not be eligible for any refunds.

  • No‑Show Policy

    • If the customer does not show up on the event day, full payment is forfeited.

We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us serve you wholeheartedly while respecting the time and effort that goes into each event.
 

Kindly note that you are to manage your own event space. The set up requires approximately 2.5m in length.
